Emily Dillon has published her creative nonfiction, poetry, and book reviews with various literary magazines, including Brevity, Crab Creek Review, Essay Daily, Hippocampus, and River Teeth. Currently, she teaches as an Adjunct Professor of English at Prince George’s Community College and Stevenson University, having earned an M.F.A. from Fairfield University and an M.Ed from the University of Maryland. With her remaining time, she works as a freelance editor and educational consultant, working with both organizations and individual clients. She is thrilled to join the team at Speculative Nonfiction as Managing Editor: it is necessary work to question our existing world and imagine new possibilities.
